Where has the time gone...
Just over a year ago Luke and I traveled to Spain and France for World Youth Day.  What an amazing journey.  Barcelona, Montserrat, Manresa, Lourdes (France), Burgos, Segovia, San Sebastian, Madrid and Avila.  Did I miss any? Phew!! All in 14 days!  We saw really cool places like the Grotto in Lourdes, France where we partook in the bathes.  The cave St. Ignatius prayed in for twenty years and the crosses he craved in the stone.  Masses in crypts that are usually closed to the public.  The aqueduct in Segovia and walk in the steps of St. James.  The walled city on Avila.  We really walked on the top of the wall which is still intact! The best part?  Mass with Pope Benedict XVI at the JMJ (WYD) mass.
Thank you all who helped us get there.  Even after a year it seems like yesterday.  Great memories...
